About Khi
My name is Subby Jagdev and I am the Founder and Company Director for Khi Interior Design. I have always been a creative individual; when designing my own home I was encouraged by those around me to pursue a career in this field. The journey started with advice for family and friends, but with growing confidence, I decided to undertake an Interior Design diploma. In parallel, I was fortunate to start working for a leading design company in Central London. Over the next two years, I built a wealth of knowledge through first-hand experiences, before finally deciding to take a leap of faith and start my own business in 2012.
Today, we have established a wide customer base and have a dedicated team of professionals who deliver on our vision. We have worked on a range of projects, both commercial and residential, with clients from both the UK and abroad. 70% of our business is based on referrals; a testament to the quality of our delivery and the relationships we nurture.
Our Approach
Our approach is what sets Khi Interior Design apart from others; we invest a lot of time in getting to know our clients. Once Khi commit to a project, we endeavour to deliver to the highest standard.
With this ethos in mind, all projects begin with a consultation, where we understand the scope of works, budget and most importantly, the client’s tastes and desired outcome.
After consultation, a typical project would proceed to:
- Floor plans
- 3D visuals
- Mood boards
- Proposal for furniture, lighting, joinery and soft furnishings
And where Khi Interior Design are undertaking the management of the project, this process would conclude after installation.
